i have requested a quote, even ask person if this was legit, said yes and gave me their name. could not beat what i got ! NO $10 cert. is this a scam just for info ?

To you who are so concerned, its not that i need the money or want the freebies, BUT i look for the best bang for my buck and don't like the bait and switches and the false adds, scams etc. if that's what you want and except ? more power to you. that is mainly the problem with society and or the new generation now. so i am over it and just consider the source.
