Good Sam RV Travel Guide App doesn't load!

I have touted the Good Sam RV Travel Guide & Campground Directory "smart phone app" to my friends and fellow GS Chapter members. It quit working about a month ago. When you log in it gives the following message: "Sorry! The application Good Sam Camping (process com.goodsam.gacamping) has stopped unexpectedly. Please Try again." HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A MONTH. What gives???
