And that is the essence of what is wrong with Camping World/Good Sam. From the constant, on-going complaints that are essentially all the same, it is apparent that the organization never takes corrective action to prevent future problems, just resolves the issue at hand. Management by putting out fires and never getting to the point of ignition.
