It is indeed unfortunate that one has to rattle a few cages to get people to attend to the business of customer service.
My issue was resolved today by Good Sam Roadside Assistance cutting me a check for the difference in what I paid for the tow and what I actually received.
Also, all my concerns regarding the tire company not receiving full payment for services rendered, the 12 hr wait for a tow that I had to call for, and to keep things brief, several other issues with this situation were noted by Darren J White who assured us that it will not happen again.
All I can ask for is I hope they can learn from their mistakes.
