You mean the money owed was resolved. I'm imagining that:
- No one was fired
- No disciplinary action taken for the folks who dropped the ball
- No Procedural changes made
- Customers will still get stuck and forgotten about for 12 hrs on the side of the road
- I'm now worried about Good Sam helping me
