Bottom line IMO what the MAJOR issue with Camping World Road Side Assistance is, that the people manning their phones HAVE NO IDEA WHAT AND RV IS. All they do is follow a PREWRITTEN script that they have on their screen when they punch in what they think you need for service, not necessarily what you really need because they have no idea what an RV, tire wheel axle hub motor or transmission is.
