Ron, I think it's within the good Sam databases also. And I mean that plural as it appears there is more than one database that is being used. I was told a little while back that they tried to call me. The number they gave me had been changed about 6 months prior on my profile on the good Sam website. They also mentioned an email address I have had for almost 10 years that I can not remove off my profile. Although my current one is listed as well. This is one of my biggest complaints. The database that camping world uses is out of whack also. They have trouble finding our class c listed in it when we go in for service. I've also noticed that at check out, it still shows us having a travel trailer. I think they might try to merge the databases, they aren't to updating all the fields of everyone's profile when they do.
