I am sorry but this is not something I would "take a chance" on. A "Smokin' Deal" is good. A "Smokin Deal" that does not help, because of loop hholes, is not a deal, it becomes a problem, that I or my wife would suffer through.
I would request the policy and verify that it does what I need. I would not replace an expensive "can do" policy with a big savings on a "might do" policy.
