If so why not just do the medical work in Florida and have your medical insurance pay for that and than check into a weekly unit for 2 to 3 weeks till she feels better and than take a normal flight home, seems like it could be done for less than $3500 if you include food.
Than have all follow up medical done in Massachusetts.
