I bought a three year TA plan this summer just before a long trip which we completed successfully. At our ages, we could easily encounter a medical problem that would require the benefits of this plan and I am happy to see that others who have had need to use it or check out its use have been satisfied with the service they received. I was also happy to see a GS Travel Assist person offer to help the lady who had wrongfully been told she needed a 5 day hospitalizaton for RV return service. By the way, I can understand the 'up to 10 day' requirement for a driver to return an RV. Ask some of the major factories about their experience in getting their coaches delivered. They all seem to be looking for a service that provides drivers.
