I have had problems with the Trip Planner deleting my trips after a certain amount of time, not sure why.

Our web support team is working on this known issue. If you can send us a private message with your Good Sam membership number and contact information, we can escalate this issue to our web support team and have them attempt to retrieve your missing trips.
