Good Sam trip planner

Question

Hi: I enjoy how easy you have made it to plan a trip but I seem to be missing something. I download the trip files to Garmin Base Camp but cannot get them onto my RV770 gps. I tried calling Garmin and they claim that they never heard of the Good Sam trip planner.  Can you offer any help? Thanks for any help you can offer, Mel.
