good sam

I have been rving since 2008, I have own a pop up and two travel trailer and now a class c , I have never had to use good sam until I had the awing incident with my class c, this has been a slow process for me to get my awing replace using the good sam insurance, and still waiting on that. and since then I have found out that good sam out source the insurance along with the extend service plan, when I purchase my class c I signed up for the platinum service plan from good sam, if I had it to do all over I would not take their plan, they are overprice. all that to ask what experience have anyone had with good sam that was positive or negative as far as the roadside assistance, travel assist, and their extended service plan.

  • When was the awning incident?
    Why is outsourcing bad generally and in your case?
    If Good Sam is overpriced then why not insure with someone else?
