Just a reminder that I was not asking or expecting any response or anything from Good Sam.
That's not what this topic was about.
I was sharing my experience and frustration with the people of the Forum
Today I spoke with Zach from Good Sam and we had a pleasant discussion about my experience and frustration.
Zach was very apologetic and professional and we both agreed that this was a learning experience for both of us.
Again, I wasn't looking to get anything from this, except maybe being lectured about policy and procedure. WHICH IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. Just to be clear.
Good Sam is going to look into this further on there end so something like this doesn't happen again.
What he did next was above and beyond great customer service.
Zach said that Good Sam will reimburse for the tire and extend our membership a year.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Zach and Good Sam.
