Don't you know if it was you or not? You think it was not you? If it was not you, then write a nice letter explaining their mixup. If it was you, then go to Coach Net or another provider. Most people can remember every time they needed roadside assistance as it is somewhat rare. Eighteen claims!!! And you don't remember if that was you?
If GS cannot figure out a way to verify your letter's accuracy and they won't change their position, then go to Coach Net or another provider.
If you don't want to mess with GS anymore due to their error or mixup then go to Coach Net or another provider.
