My name is Bob Gant. I bought a 2012 cedar creek silverback from J & M Camper in Augusta, Maine. I bought Good Sam insurance thinking it was for extended warranty. I filed claims for two small issues that were paid. Now it turns out I have a soft spot in the floor of one of the slide outs. Good Sam says sorry we don't cover any thing metal or wood. (What a Joke). My rv has been under a carport when we are not on the road. There is no sign of damage or water leakage I had two different techs look at it and both said it came from the factory that way. Well guess what CC says. Sorry out of warranty. Your problem. I have receipts where I had the seals lubed and even replaced one time.
