Great assistance from young man at GS roadside assistance

A few days ago I found myself in a situation where I needed to called GS roadside assist. The young man on the phone was extremely nice and quickly found me a provider. The service provider was on site within about 15-20 minutes and had me back on the road. I cannot remember the young mans name but he was great. While I realize that some folks have had bad experiences with GS, I have not, and wanted to give credit for good service.
