Great Customer Service

I just want to say that as a Canadian ERS member I find the service to be exceptional. I have had to use this 3 times now and each time the customer service agent was polite, and helpful with my need. I have used it for both my motorhome and my private vehicle without issue. The service was prompt with minimal wait time for help to be dispatched and at my vehicle. So thank you for doing such a great job. I imagine in the bigger centers wait times for the actual service might be longer but I still believe it's better than BCAA or CAA. Funny thing is my car also offers it's own roadside assistance program and I still will use Good Sam first!
