Great Job Good Sam

We had the unfortunate experience of having a bearing seal fail on our fifth wheel. We were on the NY Thruway so when I called Good Sam I was told that they could not provide service on the Thruway: so they provided me with the number for the Thruway service and told me that I would need to pay for the service and then submit the bill after the service had been provided. Unfortunately we needed a new axel and it was not a stock axel at Dexter. It took a month to get our camper back but it was worth it knowing that all is good now. I called Good Sam now having a bill for the towing and was instructed on how to file the claim online and within two days I got an email back with approval and the amount covered. I can't say enough about how well the process went and the help along the way. Good Sam membership and Roadside membership well worth it.
