Great road side assistance.

This took place about two hours ago. Went to check on my Jeep to see if it was secure for the day, it is in my driveway. Come to find out I locked both sets of keys in the Jeep (Senior moment). At Four pm on a Friday I did not expect very much to happen this afternoon.

Well, I gave Good Sam Roadside assistance a call and after the lady and I had a good laugh about what happened she told me she would have someone contact me. Within minutes I received a text that someone from (name of company) would call me. Sure enough got a call and the man on the other end, said he would be at my location in fifteen minutes.

He was at my location before the fifteen minutes and had my Jeep open within ten minutes. I live about five miles outside of town, locksmith said he just ended a call when he received mine.

Thanks GSRS, outstanding service.

    I have used GS twice, once for a flat in AZ, and once for a jump start in TX. Both times they showed up within 30 minutes and took care of it, so no complaints here.

    I have had two occassions to use GS over the last year. One in Medford, Or which was fine, no complaints. Other than the process of picking the 'closest place that can repair' that took a little bit of figureing out.
    The other was near Mesa , AZ, disaster from the beginning, stranded on freeway with grandson for more hours than should every be expected. and GS refused payment, however after talking with Customer Support, they did reimburse me.
    Right now I am leaning toward NOT renewing.

    I am fortunate to have a Camping World about ten minutes away from home (Rocklin, CA) and I can say I have always received excellent service in both parts/accessories sales and rv service. I have also used C/W catalog ordering for items not available in the store with no issues. I cannot comment on any other store.

    thanks for the info.. I did visit that site and its broken down by state. I guess that is good when on the road and needing service.

    When i put GOOD SAM in search bar I get a lot of guys in different states. Some great and some not.

    IN looking at the list i see a lot of camping world locations listed and most are BAD.

    Yes, I have had occasion to use GSRA three times in the past few years, and I have had excellent results every time. Unlike others here who only post the negative, I have posted my positive results here and on rvservicereviews.com
