Great service!!

Question

We had to call for towing when our truck broke down on I49 in AR in September.  Our first time ever to call Good Sam RA for help.  EXCELLENT prompt service!  The lady was American and phone was answered promptly.  She said she'd call us back in 15 min with all the information and she did.  Took them a bit to get us located as we were sorta in middle of nowhere, but they did a good job of that and all went well.

Nice to hear a good report. Funny:h how no one reponds to good reports but quick to jump on bad ones. I've used GS two times over the years and it was good both times.

yep they get it right some times , more than bad, I still think its the person on GS phone that either makes it a good call. or drops the ball.
