GS credit card and C2C points

A Barclays representative told me once it takes a billing cycle, or about one month, for the points to show up in your C2C account. That's lousy customer service in my opinion but I don't know if there is anything Good Sam can do about it.

I researched your CTC just now and you are correct, those points are not in your account just yet. The timeframe of processing reward points into trip points might take longer than "just a few days".

Please call Barclay's Customer Service/Card Services to confirm. You can reach them at 877-264-3050(rewards line) or 866-918-5218(customer service).
