I researched your CTC just now and you are correct, those points are not in your account just yet. The timeframe of processing reward points into trip points might take longer than "just a few days".
Please call Barclay's Customer Service/Card Services to confirm. You can reach them at 877-264-3050(rewards line) or 866-918-5218(customer service).
If you need us to take a look at reservations for you, just call CTC at 800-368-5721.
