GS fails to deliver "peace of mind" & reliability

Unfortunate, like my aged parents, they couldn't properly convey their problem. Of course I would handled it much different. I would have ordered a tow truck, paid for it and sued the GS CEO in small claims court in the local jurisdiction where he would have to show up without an atty. That is just the way I play the game
