A few years ago I was going to refiniance my 5th wheel through Essex (GS). What a true picture of the right hand does not know what the left is doing. I had sent them the requestied information but it seems the letter opener person does not talk to the phone answering person and neither talk to the loan person. I ended up not talking to either of them.
