GS Roadside Assistance limitations info

Received our GS membership card and special offer to join GS Roadside Assistance. Now before I joined the forum, I read as much as possible, good and bad on this forum. I can see where some folks like/dislike, understand/misunderstand the service. What I would like to know is where can I read about the service before I give up my hard earned money. Why do I ask this? In the offer to join, the advertisement says "without the usual exclusions and limitations often found with auto services", BUT in the fine print on same offer it says "all program benefits are subject to limitations set forth in the current Member Benefit Brochure", which will be sent upon membership approval. Why would I give up my hard earned money, only to find out the limitations are "too limiting" for what I want? Can't I study the limitations before I send in my money?
