Maybe this will help... like you I bought a RV that came with the premium Good Sam Roadside Service. I too had a former expired GS Roadside Service. I noticed when I got the card for the new service there was a new member number on the card. Now when I sign into the online roadside service with the old number it says my service has expired... sign in with the new number and I've got a couple years left of service. Problem is it seems that the old service is tied to my Good Sam membership number and the new one is not... so, if they check using your GS member number they are probably pulling up the old expired info instead of current stuff. How to fix that I'm not quite sure, but I'm going to be checking into it!!!
