I want to find out if you have GS Platinum Roadside Assist is Tire and Wheel Protection needed as well?

I believe the question is, at least for me, is I have Platinum roadside assistance protection. Do I also need to purchase the Good Sam's Tire and Wheel Protection in addition to the Platinum?
I have a Grand Design with Westlake tires. These are notorious for blow outs. Does this service only cover road hazards? If I purchase new tires to replace the Westlakes will my new tires be covered?
I realize this service covers my tow vehicle as well. Yes?
