GSRA - First Time Used Was A Positive Experience
I have been RV'ing for 10 years and never been without a roadside assistance plan. Fortunately I have never had to use it - until yesterday.
The short story is my wife locked her keys in her car while shopping. She called me to bring the spare keys from home (we are home - not on the road). Because she left the keys in the ignition neither the spare key or the remote would unlock the door.
I called GSRA for help and after a very short Q & A session with the hotline operator and about 2 min on hold, she informed me help was located and would arrive in 55 min. Shortly after ending the call I received a text message with the name and phone number of the service coming to help. Only 45 minutes after the call to GSRA the door was unlocked and my wife was on her way home.
Now that is great service!
