GSRA (Fired them today)

Whoa K! Here goes. For starters I'm not an unreasonable person and those who know me can attest. I've never had a flat on a POV and never on a camper until now. I thanked the three good Samaritans that stopped and said "I've been paying G/S for some 20 years and I plan to claim some of my money back". I had wifey call G/S and the lady said "We'll send you a text". I spoke to her and asked "I have never used a service, is it four hours,three hours or what should I expect?" The gal says "90 minutes". I can deal with that, I said to myself. That was at 1115 hours and the text, for a simple tire change came and said 1340 hours! Nearly three hours! After I changed the tire, I climbed back in the truck and called G/S back and asked if there had been an error since I was at Wildwood and 75 and had passed 1/2 dozen tire repair/wrecker services. "No" was the reply. "You're fired" was my reply. I've been on the side of the road with a LOT of people in 27 years of L/E and only found that type of wait for cut rate services. As it is, it's redundant for me as my auto insurance will simply reimburse me. I just like a full service, service that will pop a lock, un stick me etc. I'm calling AAA.
