Our commitment to you, a Good Sam Roadside Assistance Member, is to respond to your need for roadside assistance and ensure that you receive the highest quality service, from beginning to end. Our Good Sam Roadside Assistance role begins when you call our Dispatch Center for assistance and continues through the delivery of service by our certified, bonded, and insured service providers. As the Member Benefit Brochure explains, if there is a problem with the service, call us back, and we will make it right.
Also, regarding the original post by Grandpere that addressed the ability to locate a Service Provider, our ongoing commitment is to deliver service to you, our member, on time, every time. If we stumble on that objective, we will make it right. Although the immediate availability of a service provider, matched to your roadside disablement, may be affected by location, weather, time of day, day of week, traffic conditions, holidays, etc., we will continue the process to locate a service provider to meet your needs.
