I had a problem when I had a flat on my toyhauler and the agent said they did not service toyhaulers. You can imagine how I felt.
I asked to speak to a manager, which did take over 25 minutes, and the first thing the manager said was, "YOU ARE COVERED, SORRY ABOUT THE MISTAKE, NEW AGENT."
They got there in about 45 minutes after the call, only cost us 2 hours in our trip (the service tech needed a taller jack, but we backed up the good tire on some blocks and completed the work).
The main reason I have Good Sams is because they can handle the toyhauler and truck. AAA would not guarentee they would handle 3/4 diesel.
Other than the 25 minute phone wait for a manager I do not have a huge issue with them. As it stands right now, I would renew.
