Regarding EMERGENCY FUEL AND FLUID SERVICE: “If the member’s vehicle runs out of fuel, a limited supply of fuel will be delivered to enable the member to reach the nearest fueling station…” This Member benefit applies to both gasoline and diesel fuel, and is subject to applicable state laws and the Member’s Roadside Assistance plan level. Delivery of diesel fuel also includes priming of the diesel fuel system.
