Amazing going through the same thing here with our 5th wheel. Using a shop out of Longmont, CO. they are also getting frustrated with dealing with the NG adjuster. The original adjuster sent out had never looked at a 5th wheel before. I had to point out areas of damage to him.
At this point they are balking on paying for paint repair as in their opinion it wasn't caused due to hail. Our shop has explained they can't state for certain its hail damage but there is not signs of impact or scraping from trees or other objects.
