To date appears the Good Sam Care Team are great with checking further and it stops there.
I sent an email to my NG adjuster yesterday outlining a concern I had with their determination of what was hail damage and what they felt wasn't. It's my belief that 24 hours is adequate time for a reply back.
Sure hope the Care Team doesn't ask for my contact info again as they already have it from an earlier post.
