Hail Damage Insurance Claim

I, too have a claim with National General Insurance for damage done to my Airstream trailer related to a July 8th hail storm(in northern Michigan). The damage, as appraised by two Airstream repair facilities (one in Jackson Center, OH, the manufacturer of Airstream and one a local dealership), was estimated between $14-16,000. But National General's appraiser said that they will pay $8,100 for this repair (less $500 deductible).The National General appraisal includes repairs that don't need to be made and also omits repairs that do need to be made. I have been working with the insurance company to come to a resolution because I am at a loss as to where I can get my trailer repaired for this price. National General's excuse for their low estimate is that the two Airstream facilities "do not follow Airstream procedures" for billing labor. Yet the facility in Jackson Center MAKES the policies!!!
