Have not received new GS ERS card
I renewed my ERS Jan 12/13 via phone and charged to my credit card but have not received my new card as of yet. What do I need to do to solve the problem of no card?

I have sent you two new GSRA membership cards tonight. They should be at your address on file within 10-14 days. If they have not arrived after 3 weeks, please give us a call at member services. Also if you can please send us a PM to verify your address on file and to confirm your membership number.
