Have not received new GS ERS card

I renewed my ERS Jan 12/13 via phone and charged to my credit card but have not received my new card as of yet. What do I need to do to solve the problem of no card?

I joined 2 weeks ago. All I did was print the electronic copies I received from GSERS. I can wait for them.
