Have not received new GS ERS card
I renewed my ERS Jan 12/13 via phone and charged to my credit card but have not received my new card as of yet. What do I need to do to solve the problem of no card?

I have to fess up. A couple weeks back I said we never received our cards. So, GS sent us another pair. Just yesterday, my wife said, "Is this what you're looking for?" It was an envelope with our cards that she received 2 months ago, but filed it in the wrong place.
