Well, if it's England (or Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Japan or any one of 70+ other countries) he is NOT driving on the wrong side of the road!
There is no "right" or "wrong", just that these countries are "Different"!
One time it would be wrong would be if that pic was taken in North America
