Who cares? You are trying to do a 3 or degrees of separation here. You had boa. Have they done nothing wrong them self? Have they had no complaints? We all know the answer to that.
If you are going to travel for any length of time, you need to get on board with the digital age. Matter of fact, people need to start grasping it more. With the cost of sending snail mail today, many businesses are going to opt to not do much more that way. Especially anything first class. Or you will be charged extra for it and as the name goes (snail mail) , you can expect things to maybe get slower.
