An excecutive with National General Insurance called me a while ago. She was very understanding of my problem. She felt that all their customers could bennefit from an additional 5 days to send in payments and, therefore would look into changing their mailing date to the 15th of the month instead of the 20th. She also said that this kind of change would probably take some time to implement if they were to do so.
I feel a little better now. I was getting nowhere with the the customer service department, even though they were polite.
