I went online last night and got a quote from Good Sam for RV Insurance on my travel trailer. This morning I get a call from some dude in a Cleveland call center trying to 'follow up' with my online quote. The problem is that the guy was rude and pushy, basically trying to get me to buy the insurance right now. He further stated that he has all the information on us already and just need some form of payment right now. Seriously!! Is this the level of service to expect from Good Sam Insurance? Pushy rude people trying to strong-arm you into buying insurance...No thanks.
