Having problems with Good Sam insurance

Hope you don't have to go what I went thru. GMAC, now NGI, has put us thru 15 month's of TORMENT!! 2 teenagers in 97 grand am decide to wait on us to get to intersection, then crossed road in front of 40ft ClassA RV going 50mph or so. RV severely damaged. Insurance company sent A PICTURE OF RV BY EMAIL to a specialist IN CALIFORNIA, wreck was IN FLORIDA. Hs said no don't total, it can be repaired. We went to pick it up in Florida. We left TN on 3/18/14 it took us 6 days to get home. Made it to I-75 Friday evening, broke down, changed fuel filter think gas could've rusted in a year. Broke doen 3x within 100 miles and towed twice, it is still in Atlanta at freightliner. Thanks to CW and NGI. Our retirement hasn't been good. I don't trust either one. Court time
