We have used our Good Sam Extended Warranty a couple times with services that won't file a claim. We just had the entire jack system replaced on our Phaeton in July and the manufacturer would not work with the extended warranty. Good Sam has a procedure you can follow for you to pay the entire amount, then file the claim with them. We did just that and I believe our check from Good Sam came within 2 weeks. It's up to the service center weather or not to accept the warranty, but you still have the warranty and can file your own claim. Just contact them and follow their instructions. We had to have the service center call with the information concerning what was needed.
On those occasions when the service center did work with Good Sam, they have never indicated that payment was slow. We have used our warranty enough that it has paid to have it over the years.
