I have GS Platinum Roadside Assistance and I’m trying to find out if I need the Tire and Wheel Protection? Does the Roadside Assist cover wheel and tire replacement?

I am now confused. I have Platinum roadside assistance protection. Do I also need to purchase the Good Sam's Tire and Wheel Protection in addition to the Platinum to cover my tires?
I have a Grand Design with Westlake tires. These are notorious for blow outs. Does this service only cover road hazards? If I purchase new tires to replace the Westlakes will my new tires be covered?
