Help! No emails! Is the Forum web down again???

I've had this problem ever since I joined, though in my case I'd get some "new post" notifiers but not all. I finally took the best advice a Mod gave:

Fahededdabouddit and just log on to "my Forums" when I'm wondering what's going on here.

I don't know what you mean when you say the EMAIL isn't working... My email setup has nothing to do with any RV NET FORUM...

I was wondering about that myself. Hopefully the OP will explain 'no emails.'

The forum is working okay for me, no problems.

Thanks for responding Roy. What I mean is that new RV.net forum emails are not showing up in my apple mail program. I normally get about 15 to 20 email posts from the RV.net forum a day. Hope this helps. This situation occured about a week ago and there were several RV.net members reporting the same problems. Marcus emailed me and said he would check in the RV.net forum server. He reported that their has been recent problems with the server not sending out new emails. Then the emails started coming in again but only about 5 to 8 emails per day????????

Email notifications have been working fine for me all week both for letting me know when I get private messages and when the "notify moderator" is used.

I would suggest the following:
Log out of the site
Delete your internet history
Delete any cookies for the site
Reboot the computer

See if that helps, in any case it's the starting point for troubleshooting.

I went back and read a couple of the OPs previous posts. He is not getting daily POST updates through the RV.NET which he is referring to as RV NET emails I guess...

Regarding my EMAIL ACOUNTS I use Microsoft Office here to view my email accounts which come from cable connections here at the house and I also have a on-line NETZERO.COM feed as well. When on the road I check into my email accounts via on-line Verizon MIFI internet connections and I receive all of my emails using Microsoft Office. When I have to send an email from being on the road I sometimes have to log into my email Cable provider via a 800 number. NETZERO works good on-line just about anywhere I am at using the Verizon MIFI internet connection. I also have to log-into NETZERO.com on-line to send emails sometimes.

The RV.NET forum is working ok here with no problems in the past week. SInce you are making posts I am guessing you are aware of multiple portals that all feed the RV.NET forum..

I usually go to TRAILERLIFE forum when the RV NET forum is down... I don't have the list of all of the other FORUMS that feed the RV NET but there is at least 5-6 of them on-line. Between RV.NET and TRAILERLIFE.COM forums I get to read and send replies just about all the time from here.
