Here we go again!

Hi,

I don't even know why I have to do this. This should have been automatic or would be processed like clock work.

Here is, I mailed my renewal of memberships for GS Travel Assist and GS Platinum Roadside Assistance before I left for my Asian trip 2nd week of January. Offer expires Jan 31st.

Until now, I have not heard nor got my new and renewed membership cards.

Help!
