How can I..
I have been a Good Sam member (and roadside) for some time. I bought a new travel trailer from CW last year (2017). At that time they game me a second Good Sam membership and a second roadside assistance account. I told them that I already had a roadside assistance account and they said that I could just contact the Good Sam club and get the account merged into the original account. My efforts to do that have yet to succeed and I get two bills for everything. Who do I need to contact to get this fixed? At this point I'm so confused I don't know which account I have paid up. I renewed my original roadside, I think. But, I don't want or need to even have the second account. I'm sure this is an easy fix. I just need to know who I need to contact.
