I purchased a TT with ESP from Camping World, Vacaville, CA in late April 2014.Two weeks ago I purchased a new Class C. Not from CW.I have left 3 messages with the Finance Dept and Finance Manager at CW Vacaville, CA and have not heard back from anyone.I understand that I have to request cancellation from CW Vacaville. How do I do that if they don't respond?Is there a form available online to send to someone there?Or will a simple letter suffice?I have read about many problems getting this done so don't have the patience to wait much longer before making a two hour trip to confront them in person.Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you.All I want to do is cancel the ESP and get a refund on the remaining term.Perhaps a letter requesting cancellation and refund would suffice, but I need to know how they want to be notified.

I received your e-mail. You will receive an e-mail from our customer service manager asking for the information she will need to get your ESP cancelled.

Finally received my refund in March.
Even though I purchased the ESP from Camping World Vacaville the refund was sent to Camping World Sacramento (Roseville)for processing and eventual disbursement.

Yes, happy to help. Same drill, please e-mail me your full name and address as it appears on the agreement, the contract number, and CW location that you purchased it from. Also, your reason for cancellation, just for our records.

Received call from Camping World, Vacaville this morning requesting a letter from my credit union stating that my loan was paid off. This way they can send me a refund check instead of sending it to the credit union.

Payoff letter was faxed to CW Vacaville, about 20 minutes ago.
