How does one cancel their ESP?

Can anyone tell me how to cancel the Extended Service Plan? It was added into the price of my new Toyhauler and I have decided that I don't want it. I expected to get an information packet in the mail, but its been over 30 days and I have nothing. So much for the 30 day 100% full purchase price refund.

  • That phone number was not the proper one. They could not help me. They referred me to 1-866-769-8097. They were able to find me in the data base. But she said that because of the way that Camping World entered the ESP, I would have to deal direct with the Camping World where I purchased the unit. This is the CW that wont return my calls. I was also told that the $999.00 tire protection could not be refunded by them. They had never heard of a Tire Protection plan.

    Just for general information, when a service contract is purchased as part of an RV purchase, the dealer must get involved in the cancellation because the lender (if there is one) must be notified and the refund sent to the lender to pay down the loan if there is an outstanding balance.

    ESP policies purchased with no RV sale involved can be cancelled by calling the number provided by the Good Sam Care team above.
  • I am having issues getting in touch with a customer service agent like bombfixer was having. I am on day 5 of trying to contact someone to cancel my plan which that says good sam ESP but I am told I have to contact 4 other different departments and I keep getting put off to the next person. I am beyond frustrated at this point and not sure who I am able to contact. Any help would be appreciated!
